We work in chemistry, food and pharma — but we’re not your typical engineering outfit.
We don’t speak in buzzwords. We don’t hide behind flowcharts.
We get things done. And we have fun doing it.
We are an independent team of engineers, technologists, support staff, and scientists that create chemistry. We work together with our clients but do not work for them to tell them what they want to hear. It is the contrary; we do not stick to policies and cultural beliefs that block success. You hire us to create something awesome with a team that knows where they stand, knows their stuff, and provides sound expertise and clarity leveling with all people within the organization. We are that type of specialist.
From fuels to food, vaccines to Silly Putty — chemistry, life sciences and engineering shape everything we touch, eat and trust.
But the world’s changing fast:

What do a distillery, a web designer, tattoo studio, and Chemploy have in common? All are or have been located at a special location with a rich history: Genbroek’s Castle.
If you think we are snobs because we work from a castle, you could not have been further from the truth. It may all look very posh, but we are definitely not. Of course, you will be amazed as we are too. We are amazed about the building, the interior, and, last but not least, our collection of real elements displayed in the periodic table. (We are still looking for Technetium, Thorium and Uranium samples. Any help is welcome;-)).
We do not expect you to arrive in a three-piece suit. You are just as welcome when you wear sandals and a Hawaii shirt or anything in between.
We do however have a dress code when we work on-site (and we do that a lot!) When we work at a lab, and we wear a white coat, decent shoes and safety glasses, when we work at a plant, we wear safety overalls, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat and fancy safety shoes. If you don’t: we will warn you. If you do it again: you won’t fit with us.
When you visit us, we want you to be yourself just as we are; down to earth, informal, respectful, and with room for some fun.
It could always be the case that you prefer our appointment to be central rather than the travel time. We understand that and have access to a wide network of locations in The Netherlands and Belgium. These may not be castles, but our meeting will be just as interesting. You’ll find these locations at: Amsterdam, Delft, Rotterdam, The Hague, Breda, Utrecht, Leiden, Eindhoven, Nijmegen, Groningen, Hengelo, Brussel, Antwerpen, Gent, Leuven en Oostende. Appointments in Oostende or The Hague are on Fridays as we love to spend the weekend at sea.
